When automatically building the thp and htm files based on the xml
documentation the TGooverCmd.exe creates a link to the members of a
namespace in namespace.htm but no namespaceMembers.htm, also the
namespace.htm file has under requirements Namespace a link to the same
namespace.htm file! The Microsoft documentation uses a Namespace hierarchy
link which makes more sense because the members are displayed any way.

For sending back information via the mailto it would be really nice if the
topic is included as the subject. Which can be specified with the ?subject=

Also it would be really nice if the derived classes can be shown in the
class overview.
