Using the evaluation version of TeeGofer v1.

I have created a new Filter selected that filter and also C#, VB and both
related topics. I then assigned all the selected filter to the 'project'.
Saved, closed the project and then re-opened the project. I found my custom
filter had disappeared, and that my selected filter list was empty.

Is this a bug or intended functionality?
