Draws a truncated pyramid.
Example
Chart1.Canvas.PyramidTrunc(Rect(30,30,150,150),0,30,0,0);
would plot a pointed Pyramid
Chart1.Canvas.PyramidTrunc(Rect(30,30,150,150),0,30,10,10);
..truncates the Pyramid by 10 pixels in the X direction and by 10 pixels in the Z direction.
